Bass Lessons

Lessons are offered on electric, upright, and piccolo bass. Emphasis is placed on technique, theory, reading, improvisation, and fingerboard understanding through connection of intervals and melodic patterns. Various styles and rhythmic approaches are explored to meet goals of the individual student.

Other areas of concentration include: Jazz Studies, Advanced Theory, Composition, Rhythmic Development, Notation, Ear Training, College & Audition Preparation, and Instrument Care/ Maintenance
